We have TVs, comfortable seating areas, and vending machines for your convenience.

Wash and Fold Questions

You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm and Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 4pm.

We use high-quality, trusted detergents and fabric softeners to ensure your clothes come out fresh and clean. If you have special detergent requests, please let us know. Some of the products we offer are:

Tide, Gain, Tide Free and Gentle, Tide Heavy Duty, Downey, Suavitel, Oxiclean and more....

In-store (24-hour turnaround): $1.65/lb

In-store (5-hour turnaround): $1.90/lb

 

Our minimum for fluff and fold is 20lb.

We carefully separate and wash delicate items according to their care instructions.

Yes, we pre-treat stains for the best possible results. Just let us know about any specific stains when you drop off your laundry.

Absolutely! We can hang your clothes if requested. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll include it for a small additional fee.

We take great care with every item, but if something goes wrong, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to process laundry that is contaminated with hazardous materials or excessive dirt/debris.

Pickup and Delivery Questions

We offer pickup and delivery services for your convenience during the following hours:

○ Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm

○ Saturday: 9am - 4pm

○ Sunday: Closed

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. We also offer express service for an additional fee.

Yes, the minimum order for pickup and delivery is 50lb.

If you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We can not be responsible if your clothes go missing.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed. 

You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
